From humble beginnings back in 1994, the business has evolved to be one of the best office furniture supply businesses in the State.


Their story is typical of so many businesses that started small and through hard work, determination and a desire to give people something they need, are today a leader in their field.

Q Office Furniture was originally known as Qualified Office Supplies and started in premises at Lucknow back in October 1994. The business back then dealt with second hand furniture and at that time, buying second hand furniture, especially furniture that had been restored in some measure was very popular. Later times changed, and the gap between the cost of second-hand furniture and new furniture closed considerably. New office furniture became a more viable option for both buyer and seller.

The business was 4 years at Lucknow before moving to premises on the highway in Orange where Lounges Plus is today. 10 years later again they moved to Narambla Estate and then 8 years after that to their current impressive warehouse and showroom in Dalton Street. They’ve been there now for over 2 years.

The business has always been in the hands of a well-known local family, the Bayadas, started by Dad, Mike Bayada and today managed by one of his sons, Paul Bayada. Paul and three other family members work in the business along with six other team members.


Their philosophy is to provide good value for money, good service and stock good products. These may sound pretty basic and typical of the talk that most businesses might claim, but Paul and his team carry the talk into genuine action, something that their customers will confirm.

Q Office Furniture sell all manner of office furniture, everything from office chairs, to desks and work stations, storage and filing cabinets, all for home offices, business offices, corporations, government offices and educational facilities. They carry a huge stock and many orders can be filled on the spot. They also service a good slice of Central and Western NSW.
