Chef, Seung Ju (Ju) Lee has 15 years in the culinary experience, his culinary experience began in 1999 at a Japanese restaurant in Westin Hotel (Pusan/Korea).
Seung Ju (Ju) Lee moved to Australia in 2006, with an experience of all types of Japanese restaurant including Sushi Train, Yakiniku Restaurant (Japanese BBQ), Japanese style Café and Restaurant which means he is able to handle all sections of a Japanese kitchen.
Raku Izakaya, established this year, is Orange’s first and only modernized Japanese Restaurant. The dishes are all designed to share, Raku also offers a variety of cocktails, beers and Japanese Sake and Umeshu as well as numerous local wines.
