So LDV is still a fairly new brand in Australia and in Orange?
LDV is a British brand now being manufactured in China. They’ve sold more than 10,000 vehicles into the Australian Market. We’ve had the franchise just 12 months now and we've sold approximately a hundred and twenty into the local and surrounding area. Their market is getting stronger every month.
Who are the typical customers looking for in an LDV vehicle?
Farmers, and we sell a lot of commercial vehicles. We've got customers we've sold three and four to -- courier companies and building supply companies, but we also get families that are looking for dual cab utes, four-wheel drives and vans. You can save yourself $20,000 compared to other more established brands.
What is your most popular model?
The T60 by far. It’s a dual-cab, turbo-diesel 4x4 ute with a five-year warranty that starts at $29,000, which is very cheap.
Any other services you offer that people should be aware of?
We sell a range of second-hand vehicles. We also offer finance, we have a full workshop and we do roadworthy inspections here as well. So it’s not just selling cars, we can look after people's Investments as well.
