Tayla Harvey - People of O-Town

“I love to travel, I try to go somewhere every year, I eventually want to do all of the States in America which I think I’ve done about 15 so far, as well as visit all of the Disneyland’s in the world, they are my little goals. I’ve been to Dubai, Italy, France, England, New Caledonia, Canada and America.

I’ve had a pacemaker since I was 11 years old, when I was 18 months old I had a cold, Mum took me to get some tests and they told me I’d need a pacemaker eventually, they held it off for as long as they could because I was going to be quite young to have it anyway. Some days I don’t even remember that I have it, it’s fun going through airport security though *laughs* I get to stand with the oldies and get pat down.

I have two American Staffies, they are adorable, they are like my children.. and they act like children. *laughs*I like cars, I’ve got a Ford Mustang, my Dads got one as well and they certainly turn a lot of heads.
Born in Orange, I moved to Wollongong for about 10 months, it was nice living by the beach, though all of my friends and family were here so I came home, and I think that made me appreciate Orange a lot more. I love the cold weather, I want it to snow all the time! The streets near Cook Park in Autumn are just amazing.

I’ve always worked in customer service, I really like working with people. I started out waitressing for functions and now I’m Events Manager. I really like that it’s something different every day, people have different ideas that they want to try out, its awesome meeting all of the different people that I get to work with, and I get to be creative which I really enjoy.”
