Time Warp.
These three young girls were among many children at St Mary’s School in 1967 who attended their first communion. A special event for seven or eight-year-olds, it is one of the three sacraments of initiation into the Catholic Church. An added bonus for participants after the ceremony was afternoon tea with plenty of cakes and soft drinks.
