The overall winner of the August Monthly Medal was Jan Moad with a brilliant nett 73. Moad played extremely good golf today and was very excited with the win. Congratulations on a great score.

The winner in A Grade was Ophelia Heffernan with a solid net 77. She is a very consistent golfer who has been in the winner's circle a lot of late, well played. Runner-up was Helena Ross, who played some steady golf to also finish with net 77, and Di Selwood came in third with nett 78.

B Grade winner was Maureen Commins with a wonderful score of net 73. She really hit her straps today and has been playing some good golf, just pipped on a countback for the medal; well done. On Wednesday, August 5, there was no golf report done, but I would like to congratulate Belinda Barrett on her round of golf that day, as she had a remarkable 46 Stableford points. What a game that must have been! Well played.
