Orange Ex-Services Country Club Women’s Bowls News:

Last week Orange City Life mistakenly printed the wrong photograph of the Mid West Region Grade 4 Pennants champions who travelled to Wollongong to compete in the State Grade 4 Pennants playoffs.

The Country Club ladies played four games over two days. On Day One they defeated Dapto Citizens, then lost to Jindabyne/Adammimby. On Day Two, they defeated Moxon Punchbowl before falling to Kingswood in the quarter-final.

Of the ten ladies involved, six had not played Pennants before. It was a great result and great bowls against far more experienced teams. Congratulations ladies!
