The wait for Christmas holidays is almost over for our local school communities and to celebrate two local schools had the same idea to blow off a bit of steam.

On Friday 29th November St Joseph’s Catholic School held its third annual colour run. It was a great opportunity for the school community to come together for some fun at the end of the year. There was even a visit from Santa. Everyone went home very colourful by the end of the night!

We captured St Marys Catholic School last Wednesday, where students and teachers truly embraced the event. As students made an effort to run laps around the oval, and run cheekily close to their teachers, they were quickly reminded as to who would have the last laugh!

Both schools were filled with lots of fun, laughter and, of course, colour!
