Fluffy is our beloved 10 year-old Moodle – and her effervescent personality is a lot like the bubbles in this bottle. This vintage has more Pinot Noir (69%) than Chardonnay (31%) which is evident in the light blush colour and the inviting strawberry-like aromas.

Made using the Méthode Traditionnelle process with 7 years on lees, it shows some lovely integrated brioche character and finishes with a long citrusy grip. This preservative free wine is zero dosage (i.e. without any sugars added), and quite dry. Fluffy the Wine is available as part of our weekend tasting list ($10 pp). Fluffy the dog is available for pats anytime.
