An exhibition to bring joy

A brand new art exhibition from the Orange Art Society is now open for viewing at the Cultural Centre.

Art Society Members have not been idle during their enforced COVID hibernation and have created a number of works now on display from Monday until Saturday 10th October.

Guest artist for the month of August is Anne Ind, who describes herself as a novice, who enjoys working in many different mediums, her favourite being charcoal and currently, acrylics.

“I hope my exhibit brings you joy!” said Anne, who is currently studying Art Therapy, to extend her knowledge in how creative art helps healing.

She loves exploring new methods that allows her the freedom to express herself creatively, and has a keen interest in bold and bright colours.

Ann has been an active member of the Art Society for many years and more recently a valued member on the Committee.

The Orange Art Society is open most days and all visitors are most welcome to come in and browse, have a chat to members and purchase any works that catch your attention.

If the door is open and the flag is out, the Gallery is open!
