Harry Kukla - People of O-Town

“The dream is to have a footy career in the NRL or play in the Super Rugby. My Grandfather has been the biggest inspiration in my footy so far, he was actually in the Guinness Book of Records for goal kicking, he kicked 21 goals in a row in one game.

He taught me how to tackle properly and he’s got great advice when it comes to goal kicking. I don’t usually get nervous if I know who I’m playing, I know how they play and that gives me confidence.

I’m hoping I get selected to play in the representative sides and selectors get to watch me play, other than that I’m going to keep training hard and playing hard until I get there.

If football doesn’t work out for me, I’d like to become a Physio and work my way into the NRL that way.

My biggest achievement was actually last year when our under 13s side won the grand final, I was named man of the match, got two tries, was given best and fairest and best forward. Hoping to do it all again this year.”
