“I’ve been cooking for about 10 years, I started off as a Kitchen Hand and I ended up taking on an apprenticeship. I worked at a few places in Bathurst before making my way to The Beekeeper’s Inn in the third year of my apprenticeship and I’ve been here ever since (this is my seventh year working here), I absolutely love this place and the family I work for, they are all so welcoming.

The Central West is so amazing for fresh local ingredients, here I have access to so much of it, being in the middle of Orange and Bathurst and the honey has been such an incredible thing to be able to have on hand and use.”
