Trang Hue - Marinades and Sauces

In 2019 Trang Hue Vietnamese released a range of delicious Marinades and Sauces made for traditional family recipes, inspired by her hometown ‘Hue’ in Vietnam.

BBQ Marinade, Salad dressing, Lemongrass chilli, Hoisin and Caramelised sauce.

You can experience these exquisite flavours any time with chicken, pork, beef, chicken and seafood, we are told they are delicious with steamed rice and vegetables. You can purchase them from any of the Trang Hue store in Orange, you can also purchase online at tranghue.com/marinadesandsauces/

Each product lists a recipe on the label, however, Trang will be personally sharing more recipes in the future, so keep an eye out on her website and while you’re there sign up to the newsletter.

“My love for food started when I was nine years old. When I was 13, my family didn't have enough money for me to go to school, so I started working full time. I left home at 18 years old to try get into the restaurant business in Hue. I worked for 25 dollars per month working from 7-10 and started learning English.

I met my husband whilst working in a hostel in Hue, two years later we moved to Australia.

I want to share Vietnamese food everywhere I go, especially Hue cuisine. I cook from the heart and ensure taste and quality are essential to my products.”
